Pedralbes Chairs
Jordi Vilanova i Bosch - 1961
Chair designed and produced in 1967 by the Catalan designer Jordi Vilanova.
Structure in stained beech wood and mesh seat and backrest. It is characterized by its lateral edges in the form of a triangular prism that run through the entire structure. The legs are arranged in the form of a skate and joined together by a wooden strip, generating a cubic appearance.
The Pedralbes chair is a unique example of Jordi Vilanova's furniture series that was very popular among the Catalan petty bourgeoisie in the sixties and seventies.
