Products

All our articles have been revised and restored when we have considered it necessary under our own and specific criteria, with the maximum historical and technical rigor to guarantee their full functionality and aesthetic and historical value. Therefore, we clean everything, check everything thoroughly for defects and fix it when necessary. Of course, these are vintage and used parts, all of which were produced during the 20th century, so there are always normal signs of wear and tear that can be expected from a piece of some age.

The products featured on www.fenixoriginals.com have been represented to the best of their ability through photographs, dimensions, and any other description provided. If you want more details about the product and its condition, we will be happy to share more images and answer any additional questions.

 

Payment policy

All product orders require payment in full, including taxes, shipping charges, and any service charges.

Once the reservation of the item is confirmed, the customer has 48 hours to make the payment by bank transfer to the bank account that appears on the official purchase invoice that we will have previously sent. Once we have received the proof of payment or the bank confirmation, we will initiate the necessary procedures to proceed with the shipment/delivery/collection of the item. If payment is not made within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, we assume that you are no longer interested in the item and will release the hold. All of our prices include VAT. 

Shipping costs have not been included in the prices and these will be added to the total amount. The other additional expenses that may arise will be assumed by the buyer, who will be informed of all the amounts and the resulting final price.

The price of the item provided does not include possible modifications of the item such as changes in upholstery, color, finishes or formal or constructive modifications. Any of the modifications mentioned above are subject to the budgets offered, accepted and financially paid by the client.

 

Indemnity

By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fenix Originals SL (and its employees, partners and owners) from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service, for any activity related to your account (including negligent or unlawful conduct).

Fenix Originals SL cannot be held liable to you, the customer, for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the materials and services on this site or the performance of any of their products.

 

Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Fenix Originals SL offers shipping and delivery services nationally in Spain and internationally in Europe and the rest of the world.

We use different European and international carriers to get the best price rates for different shipping options. You can arrange your own shipment, but please let us know if this is the case and tell us who will be transporting it and if you require packing management. In this case, Fenix Originals SL will not be held responsible for any damage arising during the shipping and delivery process. Carriers arranged by customers assume responsibility for the condition of the item at the point of purchase.

We will personally organize the packaging of all items with great care and safety, using the necessary materials and tools to ensure the integrity of the product.

In Catalonia and certain regions of Spain, the delivery is made personally by the Fenix Originals SL team, which includes unpacking and locating the item within the site. Please note that all other shipments are door-to-door, without direct access to the site. If you would like the item to be unpacked and delivered within your home, we can obtain a white glove delivery quote.

Outside of Europe we use different transport companies among the main international shipping companies. International shipping quotes may take several days to obtain from logistics providers.

The delivery time of the articles will depend on the place of destination, the characteristics of the article and the calendar availability of the contracted transport company.

Please note that when your purchase leaves our premises it is no longer under our direct control. We will do our best to help and mediate with carriers should a problem arise. This includes delays, damage or loss. Insurance is always possible but not standard, so this is an option for you to decide if you find it convenient.

 

Local pickup

Products purchased locally are available for collection at our facilities and maximum facilities will be given to the customer for this. Items that have not been picked up after 60 calendar days will become the property of Fenix Originals SL, with no credits or refunds being issued. Customers assume responsibility for the condition of the item at the point of collection.

 

Storage services

If you need to store your product after purchasing, Fenix Originals SL offers short-term storage (6 months or less) for most items. A monthly storage fee will be charged depending on the size and nature of the item. Contact us for further information.

 

Damage during or after shipment

We suggest that all customers fully inspect their item at the time of delivery and before the delivery providers leave the site.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claim process. In order for us to assist in a resolution and file a claim, we will need to receive detailed photos within the first 48 hours. Also take photos of the damage and shipping material and keep the original shipping packaging. Keep the damaged package, including packing material, until after investigation. If you dispose of the damaged packing material or the damaged item prior to filing the claim or prior to investigation, it will be impossible to determine a resolution.

Never just sign for delivery in good condition without checking the package. If you sign the delivery in good condition, it will be very difficult to prove that the package was damaged during transportation. Fenix Originals SL will file a formal claim with the external delivery provider. Fenix Originals SL is not responsible for providing refunds for goods damaged, lost or stolen by third party providers.

 

Return policy

If you have any questions before buying or want more details about the product, we will be happy to share more photos and answer any additional questions.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can always return the product within a maximum period of 14 days. The object must be in the same state in which it was sent. The packaging for the return must guarantee the safety of the item. The responsibility for the return and the shipping and packaging costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
