Pair of armchairs designed by Gregorio Vicente Cortés and produced by H Muebles in 1963.

Varnished oak wood structure, rush seat, and black vaquetilla backrest reinforced with brass studs. 

A good example of the rationalization and renewal of forms and manufacturing systems that the firm H Muebles carried out from the late fifties to the seventies, of which Gregorio Vicente Cortés was one of its main exponents.

They are part of the selection from the furniture catalog of the fifties and sixties published by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM).
