Oak and White Formica Dining Table

Jordi Casablancas - C. 1970

Dining table designed by Jordi Casablancas and produced by his own firm Muebles Casablancas in the seventies.

The table is made of varnished oak wood, with a rectangular white Formica top and beautiful details in the corners.

It represents a clear example of the style that Casablancas developed during the sixties and seventies: use of wood, straight lines and popular character, marking an era in Catalan interior design.

In addition to furniture, Casablancas also designed some interiors and participated in the dissemination and teaching of Design as a teacher at different universities and as a member of the FAD.
