The pair of Catalan architects and designers Federico Correa and Alfonso Milá were prominent figures of the Modern Movement. Correa and Milá followed the principle that interior design and industrial design were parts of the same architectural project. Collaborators of José Antonio Coderch, they founded their own studio in 1953. Architecture of summer houses in Cadaqués, interior design for the legendary restaurants FlashFlash or Il Giardinetto, and unique and iconic design pieces to furnish their own works and for furniture companies such as Gres.
