Oak and Formica Square Dining Table
Jordi Casablancas - C. 1970
Dining table designed by Jordi Casablancas and produced by his own brand Muebles Casablancas in the seventies.
The table is made of varnished oak wood, with a square white formica top and beautiful details on the corners.
It represents a clear example of the style that Casablancas developed during the sixties and seventies: use of wood, straight lines, and popular character, marking an era in Catalan interior design.
In addition to furniture, Casablancas also designed some interiors and participated in the dissemination and teaching of Design as a professor at various universities and as a member of the FAD.
