Estudio H Muebles - 1961

Coffee table designed and produced by H Muebles in 1961 and belonging to the set of furniture used in the interior design of the former Headquarters of the Editorial Gustavo Gili, the work of the architects Joaquim Gili and Francesc Bassó and a representative building of Catalan rationalism of the fifties and sixties.

Iron structure with an angular section painted in matt black and a rosewood veneered wood top. 

A good example of the exercise of rationalization and renovation of manufacturing forms and systems that H Muebles carried out from the end of the 1950s to the 1970s.

It is part of the selection of the furniture catalog of the fifties and sixties published by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM).
