Wood and Iron Side Table

C. 1940

Two-tier round side table made in the 1940s reminiscent of the designs of the Austrian Wolfgang Hoffmann.

The structure is made up of two metal tube rectangles arranged in a cross shape with a slight undulation at the bottom. The top and the lower tray are made of wood painted in olive green.

A Bauhaus-inspired piece with a beautiful patina on all of its materials.

Condition: Good structural condition, with a nice patina on both the wood and the iron.
