Lacquered Iron and Glass Table Lamp
c. 1970
Table lamp made around 1970, with a base of white lacquered iron and a large spherical opaline glass diffuser. Its design of clean lines and geometric volume reflects the rational and forward-looking style typical of European lighting from the late sixties and seventies.
The combination of lacquered metal and translucent glass provides a warm and embracing light.
