Iron and Wood Shelf System
Gregorio Vicente Cortés / H Muebles - 1962
Shelving designed by Gregorio Vicente Cortés in 1962 for the company H Muebles. Modular, made from wooden uprights and shelves, it has a fastening system with small metal structures. Its design allows for creative and modern-looking compositions.
Good example of the exercise of rationalization and renewal of manufacturing forms and systems that the H Muebles firm carried out from the late 1950s to the 1970s, of which Gregorio Vicente Cortés was one of its greatest exponents.
They are part of the selection of the furniture catalog from the fifties and sixties published by the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM).
