FA6473 Floor Lamp

J. M. Magem / Madom - C. 1960

Floor lamp designed by Josep Maria Magem and produced by Madom in the early seventies.

Magem was co-founder and reference designer for the Madom publishing house, which, unlike most production companies of the time, opted for a strictly metal production. The FA6473 floor model is a good example of this.

On a circular base with two levels, a lower one in black-painted metal and an upper one in orange-lacquered metal, stands a vertical shaft also in orange-lacquered metal and chromed steel joined to another horizontal one from a ball joint that allows regulate the height and direction. The semicircular screen is fully adjustable and made from two independent pieces.

Dimensions: Maximum height: 160 cm, maximum depth: 80 cm, Ø lampshade: 15 cm Ø base: 30 cm
Condition: Good general condition, some signs of use on the lacquered set.
