Articulated Iron Wall Light
C. 1950
Adjustable wall lamp following the designs of the Potence lamp that Jean Prouvé designed for the Maison Tropique in the early fifties.
Maximum functionality combined with a design reduced to the essentials: a plate attached to the wall and a meter-long white enameled iron arm from the end of which hangs a simple light bulb anchored to a ceramic lamp holder.
Dimensions: Base Height: 30 cm, Depth: 100 cm |
Condition: Good vintage condition, slight signs of use and slight patina on the iron. New bulb holder and wiring. |
