Globe Wall Light

Miguel Milá / Polinax - 1966

Pair of indoor or outdoor wall sconces designed by Miguel Milá in 1966 and originally produced by Polinax.

They are part of an extensive and iconic series of lamps and wall lights in different sizes and versions that have in common a white globe of low-pressure tinted polyethylene with a black injected plastic support that allows it to be attached to different structures.

In this case, the structure that fixes the element to the wall is formed by two curved plates of polished steel joined to a rectangular support of the same material. This structure, with different finishes, is also found in the Max Bill wall lamps.
