Oak Large Sideboard
Jordi Casablancas - C. 1970
This sideboard represents a clear example of the style that Casablancas developed during the sixties and seventies: use of fine wood, straight profiles, and formal economy, marking an era in Catalan interior design. The square wooden handles are integrated into a design that achieves a perfect synergy between modern aesthetics and artisanal character.
In addition to furniture, Casablancas also designed some interiors and participated in the dissemination and teaching of Design as a professor at various universities and as a member of the FAD.
