Matacán Rocking Chair designed by Vicente Sánchez Pablos in 1963 and produced by the firm Manufacturas Artesanas Salamantinas (M.A.S).
Vicente Sánchez Pablos was a promoter, builder, craftsman, and designer from Salamanca, a pioneer in the development of Spanish industrial design in the sixties and seventies.
The Matacán Rocking Chair was one of his early designs, selected for the 1964 New York World's Fair and awarded the Delta Gold Prize in 1966.
Structure in stained beech wood and seat in vaquetilla leather with a beautiful patina on the whole. It also includes a velvet upholstered cushion for added comfort.
