Miguel Milá / Polinax - 1964

Floor lamp designed in 1964 by Miguel Milá and named as a tribute to the designer Max Bill, who was part of the jury that awarded the Delta de Oro award to the suspension version. 

Circular base in black enamelled iron and chrome-plated brass stem. Height-adjustable curved black iron support, chrome-plated lamp holder and double two-tone injected methacrylate lampshade, amber on the outside and white on the inside.

Provides indirect lighting by projecting light up and down and warm ambient light by projecting through the shade.

The Max Bill lamp was the first product designed by Milá expressly for Polinax and was designed for the interior design of the Hotel de Mar in Mallorca, the work of José Antonio Coderch.
